New shot blasting chambers in Latvia: metal cleaning of any size, from huge beams to tiny parts
06.08.2026 - 16:34
Italian Machinery Association has completed a large-scale project involving the installation of three automated shot blasting lines: an automatic chamber for large parts, a manual chamber for oversized items, and an automatic chamber for small components.
Thanks to the new equipment, the production facility in Daugavpils has significantly increased the speed and quality of surface cleaning — metal is now effectively cleared of rust, scale, and old coatings before painting or further processing. A flexible line of chambers allows the enterprise to handle virtually any task: from preparing massive metal structures and beds to delicately processing small precision parts where accuracy is paramount. Such a comprehensive approach not only boosts productivity and reduces labor costs, but also opens up new opportunities to expand the range of orders and strengthen the company's position in the metalworking market.
