Matrix MGM 150A Automatic Sharpening Machine
MGM-150A is an innovative and easy-to-use electrically driven Sharpening Machine, designed to sharpen any hardened steel punching tool in a reliable way.
Equipped with all the accessories, MGM-150A allows the maintenance of the whole tool set in an efficient and economic way. CBN grinding wheel and the controlled lubrication, grant an excellent surface finishing. Electronic system for automatic adjustment of all sharpening parameters (patent pending).
All the operations are controlled by the simple and intuitive Mitsubishi LCD multilingual touchscreen interface, for a fast and high quality tool sharpening. The grinding parameters configuration feature allows an extremely flexible sharpening of any type of tool from diameter 1.5 mm up to 160 mm.
Four simple steps to complete one sharpening cycle: tool fixing, grinding depth setting, automatic zero point set and grinding cycle start.
