Salvagnini S4.G4 is a high-performance punching and blanking center of the new generation, designed for complete automation of the process of transforming metal sheets into finished parts in a single work cycle. The system combines punching, forming, and part separation, using unique technological solutions to ensure maximum production flexibility and efficiency.
Multi-Press Head
The patented design allows for up to 117 tools to be accommodated, which are always in a state of readiness. This completely eliminates downtime for tool changes (re-tooling) within the cycle, reducing overall processing time and tool wear. Each tool is controlled individually, allowing efficient processing of both large batches and single orders.
Integrated Press Shears
Consist of two independent perpendicular blades, each 500 mm long. They are integrated into the same structure as the press head, which guarantees perfect alignment and high cutting quality without geometric errors. Thanks to the Punch&Cut algorithm, the shears instantly separate parts, minimizing waste and optimizing the flow of products for subsequent stages such as bending.
Manipulator
Equipped with 9 independent pneumatic grippers that ensure ultra-precise centering and reliable sheet fixation. Its adaptive system automatically adjusts movement dynamics depending on the weight and size of the workpiece, allowing sheets to be processed without generating excess scrap and bridges.
The use of hybrid drives in these units allows the system to consume 20% less electricity compared to traditional counterparts, while ensuring stable operation under extreme loads without the need for cooling.
