A hydraulic press brake that combines a compact length of about 2 metres (2085 mm) with a high force of 125 tonnes.
CNC hydraulic press brakes of the Vimercati PHSY series, with bending forces from 30 to 600 tonnes, are a benchmark of production reliability: they turn flat metal into flawless three-dimensional parts with micron precision and maintain perfect geometry even under round-the-clock operation.
- A perfect angle from the very first part: the intelligent Active-HCL active crowning system, monitored by optical scales, reads the resistance of the metal and instantly compensates for table deflection, eliminating angle differences between the centre and the edges of the sheet without test bends.
- Enormous service life and handling of complex tapers: the one-piece forged cylinders are machined from solid steel blocks without welded seams, and the spherical joints mounting the ram fully protect the piston rods from side loads during off-centre bending.
- Stable factory precision for decades: the proprietary upper beam shape adjustment mechanism keeps the beam straight throughout the entire service life of the machine, freeing the operator for good from placing manual shims under the tooling.
- Versatility for hundreds of applications: the machines are easily adapted to produce an extremely wide range of products — from roofing elements (ridges, valleys, flashings, snow guards), gutter systems, facade cassettes and railings to instrument housings, electrical cabinets, metal doors, elevator panels, ventilation ducts, cable trays and load-bearing side members for special vehicles.
